Delivery
For all orders express delivery is complimentary. We aim to ship your order within 7 business day of purchase, unless specified otherwise.
For custom made orders please allow 10 working days for the dispatch.
Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.

We are able to offer shipping to the following countries:
United Kingdom
Europe:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Rest of World:
United Arab Emirates, Australia, South Africa, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States
Shipping Methods
UK: FedEx Priority. Orders will be shipped with Next day delivery service.
Rest of the World: Orders will be shipped with FedEx Express. 1-3 working days for EU & US orders. 5-7 working days for ROW orders.
Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control.
Every order is shipped via a fully insured delivery service to ensure it is protected throughout its journey. We maintain insurance coverage for the full value of the goods during transit until they are delivered and signed for at the specified delivery address.
Duties
For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Returns
You can return jewellery within 7 days from delivery date. Items must be returned unused. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Please note, we do not accept returns on bespoke and custom made orders.
Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries.

Buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
When your return is received, we do our best to refund you as soon as possible. The refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
